You know what is liked best of all?
Brand spanking new cranial. The biggest downside to new is the price tag. $411 buckaroos is highway robbery. They want over $270 for just the liner. I could make my own and sell some to other people and undercut the brand name sellers. I'd prefer a new one so my old one stays as a reminder of my days in the Marines.
My current job at Crunch Pak requires a bump cap, hair net, hearing protection and a yellow water proof suit. Not to mention eye protection. You'd think I'd settle for 'adequate' protection.
My old cranial may become new after I buy a front & rear hard shell. Add some new pads and gel ear seals. Then I'll wash the cloth liner and BAM!! Back to like new condition.
New, old or slightly used. Which would you, the reader prefer?
